Would you like to teach a class or host a workshop at the River School Farm? We offer affordable rates for instructors and hosts to share their passion and knowledge with our community. Our Dancing Spirit Studio is available for a variety of activities including movement, fitness, music and meditation. It can also accommadate tables and chairs for discussion groups, lectures and film screenings. Outdoors we have a natural amphitheater, outdoor stage and riverside meadow which provide a pleasant venue for a variety of outdoor events, workshops and performances.

Rental Rates & Pricing Guide

Our studio and grounds are available for rent with the following pricing structure:

Studio - 800 sqft dance studio
Peak Hours – Monday – Friday 5pm – 9pm; Saturday – Sunday:  $25/hour   $15o/day (6+ hours)
Off Peak Hours – Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm   $20/hour   $120/day (6+ hours)

We also offer new teachers a special Starter Rate to help them build a successful class. If the rental cost of the studio cannot be met, we split the revenue with the teacher. This offer is valid for the first 2 months of rental.

Amphitheater/Meadow:

Rental includes natural amphitheater, meadow, Mapes and meadow stages, river access, burn barrels and fire pits, and picnic tables.

$25.00/hr  or  $150/day (up to 40 students/guests)

Add – Ons:

Use of Outdoor kitchen with workshop – $40
Folding Chairs and Tables – $40
Plates, Utensils, Glassware – $80 (up to 50 sets)
Firewood – $20
Outdoor Sound and PA System – $200
